Active Breath Meditation

What is this Breathwork?

This is a guided Active Meditation, a practice of Pranayama,
A Sanskrit term meaning: Prana (life energy/breath) and Ayama (control or extension).

The practice is designed to release stagnant energy densified in your cells,
open emotional flow, and unify the body, mind and spirit.

Lying down,
breathing through the mouth,
2 inhales, first in the belly, second in the heart, and one relaxed exhale,
supported by music and guided with gentle guidance.

This active meditation follows the teachings of David Elliot.

A session in profound Alignement

A Private session is shaped around you, your nervous system, your rhythm, and what is true at the moment.

Sessions are held online or in my sanctuary and include gentle somatic grounding, a check-in to invite curiosity into your practice’s intention, and an active-breathing meditation.

Time is created after the breathing to integrate what has emerged and anchor it into daily life.

This is a private, intentional space to access deeper layers of the subconscious and release patterns that hold you back from your journey towards Harmony.

Private Group

Host a breathwork practice with friends at home.

For those who wish to create a unique, intimate session with close friends, the private group format brings the work to your own home.

I prepare a bespoke altar, energetically aligned with your space, land, group, and shared intention, creating a deeply held container.

This guided Active Meditation opens space for clarity, insight, and energy movement.

Held in an intimate home setting, we allow generous time before and after the breath to prepare and integrate, creating a deeply safe and nurturing container where the nervous system can soften, expand, and gently reset.

Join a Group Circle to experience the supportive energy of shared practice.

We follow the same active meditation: the three-part breath, somatic movement to release and flow, guided by music, and time for integration and return, all amplified by the group’s presence.

Group sessions can create a powerful container that deepens and enriches your solo practice.

You can move at your own pace, knowing you have a safe, intentional space to return to and grow from.
