Beloved La Vie en Rose! Thank you for welcoming me and nourishing me so thoroughly during my time in India. From the trusted driver sent to fetch and deliver me-in the middle of the night! To the men who greeted the car with welcoming smiles, soft voices and strong arms to carry my things quietly up to my beautiful room! It was dreamlike to be in India, in a room with splendid pink and white curtains, feeling safe. I slept soundly that night in my comfortable bed. The grounds of the home must be highlighted. From my balcony where I sat in private meditation each day, I was delighted by the brilliant flowers, animals and foliage. The pool, where I swam each day was the perfect temperature. Its design is so elegant and lended me the ability to move and exercise my body. The Shallah for our morning yoga and classroom had wonderful equipment to support the body, windows and a tall ceiling with fan. Every meal, prepared with love by the beautiful women who came everyday to create these nutritious and delicious meals! What an incredible gift to have all of my needs met with such kindness, attention and care. My health improved within the 7 days I spent there! I have had eczema for the past 7 years that regularly flares. While there, I looked down at my hand and saw it almost completely healed! My body, my mind and my heart all felt nurtured. My soul connected and came alive on the land. The sacred spirit, beauty, and kindness will be alive within me forever!
